Verify your email address to enable deposits, withdrawals, and secure your account

Email verification is required to unlock deposits and withdrawals on your OPDuel account. This quick process takes just a few clicks.

Why Verify Your Email?

  • Required for withdrawals - Cannot withdraw funds without verification

  • Account security - Protects your account from unauthorized access

  • Password recovery - Essential for resetting forgotten passwords

  • Important updates - Receive notifications about your account

Verification Process

Step 1 - Check Your Inbox

After creating your account, check your email for a message from OPDuel.

Step 2 - Click the Verification Link

  1. Open the email from OPDuel

  2. Click the “Verify Email” button or link

  3. You’ll be redirected to OPDuel confirming verification

Step 3 - Confirmation

Once verified, you’ll see a success message and can now

Didn’t Receive the Email?

Check These Places First

  • Spam/Junk folder - Most common location

  • Promotions tab (Gmail users)

  • Social tab (Gmail users)

Still Can’t Find It?

Resend Verification Email

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Click “Verify” button next to email confirmation

  3. In the popup, click “Send Verification Email”

  4. Check your inbox again (including spam)

Troubleshooting

Email link not working?

  • Try copying and pasting the full URL into your browser

  • Make sure you’re using the most recent email

Link expired?

  • Request a new verification email

Wrong email address?

  • Contact support to update your email
