Overview
OPDuel has two types of codes you can redeem: Kinguin gift cards (purchased) and promo codes (free giveaways). Each has a different redemption process.

How to Redeem Kinguin Gift Cards
Step 1 - Open Wallet
Click the “Wallet” button at the top middle of your screen.
Step 2 - Select Kinguin
In the deposit methods, click “Kinguin”.
Step 3 - Enter Your Code
Enter your gift card code in the text field
Click “Redeem”
Your balance updates instantly

How to Redeem Promo Codes
Step 1 - Open Your Profile
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2 - Select Redeem Code
Click “Redeem Code” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 - Enter Your Code
Enter your promo code in the text field
Click “Redeem Code”
Your reward is credited instantly
Note: Most promo codes have limited redemptions - if a code doesn’t work, it may have been fully claimed already.
Troubleshooting
Code not working?
Check for typos in the code
Make sure code hasn’t been used before
Check you’re using the right redemption method - Kinguin codes go in Wallet, promo codes go in Profile
